How are generations billed?
A generation corresponds to a complete session where Forge analyzes your context and produces code. Small iterative fixes within the same session don't count as a new generation. Unused generations are not carried over.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, upgrades are instant (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the end of the cycle. You keep all your data and history.
How do AI Site quotas work?
Each plan includes a monthly quota of AI Site generations (except Free which has 1 one-shot bonus). Quotas reset on the 1st of the month. Buy credit packs to add permanent extra credits that stack with your monthly quota.
What is a CV Analysis credit?
1 credit = 1 CV analyzed with AI. You get a match score (0-100), matched skills, missing skills, and an AI-generated summary. Perfect for screening candidates efficiently. Packs never expire.
What is the Chat API and how do I use it?
The Chat API lets you send conversation requests to our AI models and receive streamed responses. You can integrate it into your own apps, chatbots, IDEs, or any system. Available on every plan with different rate limits and models.
What are API rate limits per plan?
Indie: 500 calls/day · Startup: 10,000 calls/day · Scale: 50,000 calls/day · Enterprise: Unlimited. Rate limits reset every 24 hours. Overage is billed at $0.002 per extra call.
Can I post job offers to recruit talents?
Yes! Every plan includes the ability to post job offers. Indie: 2/month · Startup: 20/month · Scale: Unlimited. Startup and above get priority matching and direct messaging with talents.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and wire transfer for Enterprise contracts. Annual option (2 months free) available upon request.

Yes, we offer 10 discovery generations + 1 free AI Site generation with no commitment, no credit card required. Simply create an account.
How does the Enterprise plan work?
Enterprise is fully customizable: volume, seats, on-premise, SLA, technical onboarding, integration with your internal tools, custom AI training, dedicated inference cluster. Contact us for a quote.
Legal information and terms
1. Cancellation terms. You can cancel at any time from your customer area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billed period. No partial refunds. In case of non-payment, access is suspended after 10 days.
2. Responsible use. Generations and API calls are limited per plan to ensure quality of service. Abnormal usage may result in temporary limitation.
3. Data and privacy. Mindus Forge never permanently stores your code. In-memory analysis, only metadata is retained. GDPR compliant. API requests are logged for 30 days for security and debugging purposes.
4. Warranty and SLA. Paid plans: 99.5% availability (excluding maintenance). Scale: 99.9% SLA. Enterprise: contractual SLA. AI may generate code that requires human review.
5. Intellectual property. You are the sole owner of the generated code. We claim no rights.
6. API usage. API rate limits and fair usage policies apply per plan. Abuse may result in throttling or suspension. You are responsible for securing your API keys.
7. Credit packs. Credit packs are one-shot purchases. They never expire and stack with your monthly quota. Bonus credits are consumed AFTER your monthly quota is exhausted. Packs are non-refundable once used.
