How are generations billed?
A generation corresponds to a complete session where Forge analyzes your context and produces code. Small iterative fixes within the same session don't count as a new generation. Unused generations are not carried over.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, upgrades are instant (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the end of the cycle. You keep all your data and history.
How does the Enterprise plan work?
The Enterprise plan is fully customizable: volume, seats, on-premise, SLA, technical onboarding, integration with your internal tools. Contact us for a quote.
VAT and billing?
We charge VAT as applicable by country. You receive a detailed invoice by email. All our prices are shown exclusive of tax (excl. VAT).
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and wire transfer for Enterprise contracts. Annual option (2 months free) available upon request.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, we offer 50 discovery generations with no commitment, no credit card required. Simply create an account.
Legal information and terms
1. Cancellation terms. You can cancel at any time from your customer area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billed period. No partial refunds. In case of non-payment, access is suspended after 10 days.
2. Responsible use. Generations are limited per plan to ensure quality of service. Abnormal usage may result in temporary limitation.
3. Data and privacy. Mindus Forge never permanently stores your code. In-memory analysis, only metadata is retained. GDPR compliant.
4. Warranty and SLA. Paid plans: 99.5% availability (excluding maintenance). Enterprise: contractual SLA. AI may generate code that requires human review.
5. Intellectual property. You are the sole owner of the generated code. We claim no rights.
