Mindus Forge was designed and developed by the Mindus SAS team. It is the world's first complete project generation platform in a single prompt, featuring an autonomous agent, contextual Git repository analysis, offline resilient mode, and an AI engine based on proprietary models and Google Gemini.

2. Terms of Service (TOS)

2.1 Purpose: These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Mindus Forge platform, published by Mindus SAS. The platform enables complete software project generation from a single prompt, existing repository analysis, and Git synchronization.

2.2 Acceptance: By creating an account and using the service, you unconditionally accept these TOS. Mindus Forge reserves the right to modify them at any time; the current version is available at this address.

2.3 One-prompt Project Creation: Mindus Forge is the world's first platform capable of generating a complete architecture, unit tests, documentation, and business code from a single natural language instruction. The AI analyzes context, respects your naming conventions, and generates code in dedicated subfolders without ever overwriting your existing files.

2.4 Generation Levels: Mindus Forge offers three generation tiers — Fast, Pro, and Advanced. Each level provides a different balance of speed, quality, testing, documentation, and security hardening. Learn more about generation levels.

2.5 Responsible Use: The user agrees not to use the platform to generate malicious code, violate intellectual property rights, or breach applicable laws. Mindus Forge reserves the right to suspend any account in case of abusive use.

2.6 Account and Security: The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Any activity from their account is attributable to them. In case of loss or theft, they must immediately contact support.

2.7 Intellectual Property: Generated code belongs to the user. Mindus Forge claims no ownership over the productions. However, algorithms, interface, and trademarks (Mindus Forge, logo, etc.) are the exclusive property of Mindus SAS.

2.8 Resilience and Offline Mode: In case of disconnection, Forge switches to local mode, saves your progress, and synchronizes upon reconnection. This feature guarantees zero data loss.

2.9 Availability: Mindus Forge strives to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee complete absence of interruptions, particularly for maintenance. Hosting is provided by Render.com (cloud infrastructure).

2.10 Personal Data: In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we collect certain data necessary for operation (email address, Git identifiers, preferences). You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data.

2.11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These TOS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, France, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 Data Controller: Mindus SAS, whose registered office is located at 15 rue de la République, 69001 Lyon, France.

3.2 Data Collected: We collect the following data: name, email address, GitHub/GitLab account identifiers (via OAuth), payment information (processed through a secure provider), usage logs, generated code (anonymized for service improvement). No banking data is stored on our servers.

3.3 Purposes: Data is used to: provide the service (code generation, Git synchronization), improve AI models, ensure security, contact you in case of legal notification or update, and establish aggregate statistics.

3.4 Legal Basis: Processing is based on contract execution (TOS), your consent (for non-essential cookies), and our legitimate interest in improving our services.

3.5 Data Sharing: We do not sell any data to third parties. Data may be transmitted to our technical subcontractors (Render.com for hosting, Stripe for payments, Google Cloud for AI services) within the strict scope of their services. These partners comply with GDPR and strict confidentiality clauses.

3.6 Data Retention Period: Account data is retained as long as the account is active. Usage logs and data are anonymized after 13 months. Generated code is stored on your Git repositories and our servers for the duration of your subscription; upon termination, we delete internal copies within 30 days.

3.7 Security: We implement technical and organizational measures (TLS encryption, restricted access, audits) to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is completely secure.

3.8 Your Rights: You may request access, rectification, deletion of your data, or object to processing. To do so, write to privacy@mindusforge.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority).

3.9 Cookies: We use technical cookies to ensure connection and analytical cookies (anonymized). You can configure them in your browser.
